Bio.
Ton ISHIGURO
Born in Tokyo in 1983. The beginning Ton Ishiguro approached photography was by pure chance, and what he got was an amazement from his first photography in 2001.
The cornerstone of Ton's photographic principle lies in the five physical senses. After acquiring his technical skills and knowledge as a commercial photographer, he ventured to Paris with only one purpose in mind: to meet Italian photographer Paolo. Although Ton had previously envisioned Paolo's personality, he was exactly as expected. Ton was told just one truly important thing about photography from him. His belief in photography became even more unshakable because of him. Only what Paolo stated was deemed worthy of belief. This is because Ton himself confirmed it using his own senses.
Currently, he is in the midst of embodying this belief in Tokyo. So far, there has been no evidence to refute it within himself. Therefore, it remains true for him.
